Yes, at 700 rank, candidates can get any course except MD in Radio Diagnosis. The LTM Medical College cutoff 2024 ranged between 189 and, 45896 for the General AI category. Among all the courses, the most, and least competitive courses were MD in Radio Diagnosis and Diploma in Public Health. GITAM University accepts NEET PG for MS admission. As per the Round 1 cutoff, the closing rank for MS in General Surgery was 41217 for the General AI category students. So, considering the first round, yes, candidates with NEET PG rank of 40,000 can get admission to MS in General Surgery at GITAM University. However, the cutoff ranks vary for different courses and categories. So, it is always better to check the category-wise cutoff ranks for your desired course for admission.

The stipend for MS in General Surgery at Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital  as of 2023-2024 is Rs. 1,20,965 per month in the first year, Rs. 1,24,361 per month in the second year, and Rs. 1,27,677 per month in the third year.

The latest cutoff for MS in General Surgery at Bharati Vidyapeeth DU Medical College and Hospital, Sangli is:

- NEET-PG 2022: For General Category: 448, For OBC Category: 423, and For SC/ST Category: 412
- The 29% of the seats can be divided as: NEET-PG 2021: 442 (General Category), 418 (OBC), 403 (SC/ST).
- For NEET-PG 2020, it is 435 for Gen Category students, 412 for OBC Category students & 397 for SC/ST Category students
