Hello,
After completing a BA Geography, you can take admission for M.Sc. Geology also, because these both are from one branch, so absolutely you can take admission for Masters in Geology.

Hi, The JAM eligibility criteria notified by IIT Bombay, which is the Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. Programmes conducting body mention some common as well as some specific criteria for each of the offered programmes in the JAM participating institutes. M.Sc. Applied Geology: Geology for three years/ six semesters and any two subjects among Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry.

Eligibility criteria for M.Sc. Geology are as follows: -1. Passed B.Sc. Geology with 50% or above marks from a recognized institute / University.NOTE: 1. A candidate must have passed B.Sc. (Gen) Examination with B.Sc. Geology and combination of any two of the following subjects: Physics / Chemistry / Maths / Botany / Zoology / Environmental Science (including Geology).2. A candidate who has passed B.Sc. (Hons.) Examination from University other than Delhi University are added in the overall result and percentage, the candidate should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.

No, you do not need to clear entrance exams to secure admission in Annamalai University for Integrated B.Sc + M.Sc course in Geology. Basic eligibility for you to qualify for the admission process is that you should have passed 10+2 in Science stream from a recognized board.

If you have done B.A. Programme from Kanpur University, then you can take admission for Masters in Geology, because for geology you have to do B.Sc. From geology, then you can do Masters in this subject.

Here I am suggesting few tips that will surely help you in preparing well for earth Science. From the destined time of your preparation, assign one month for Part A. Prioritize the important & easy topics so that within a very short time you may cover a huge part of CSIR NET Earth Science Syllabus http://bit.ly/2TP1ZL6. Keep on revising the concepts on daily basis. Solve previous year test papers and check how you would have performed if you had appeared in the last sessions. You will have an idea that will you be able to clear the cut off. Be consistent towards your efforts, everything will be well.
