If you want to learn foreign language then go for regular or weekend mode because through that only you can understand their culture, pronunciation and specially understand the framing of the sentence.
Every foreign language institute offers weekend mode of study if you have issue in regular mode.

Currently, you are running coaching classes, so instead of foreign language I suggest you M.Sc. in mathematics because it will help you more in coaching and you already have mathematics background. So, M.Sc. is advisable.

Apart from that, one can also learn a foreign language, and if you have a flair for it, you can choose to become a translator. With globalization, the role of an interpreter has evolved into a very crucial job.
