A foreign language degree can prove to be really helpful if you wish to work abroad as well as in your homeland. You can work for an embassy or in any translation work.
However, those jobs are limited. Also, working abroad might prove to be costlier than working in India.

If you want to learn foreign language then go for regular or weekend mode because through that you can understand the concept, culture and pronunciation better.
For that you can go to Cervantes de, Delhi in CP which is an affiliated college of embassy and gives you the right tools to learn in and they also have a weekend batch.

You can learn french from Churchgate, Mumbai.

Only German language proficiency will not help you to get admission there, academic excellency also an important part of admission process, but you have better chance.

Yes, it depends from where you are going to learn. If from a proper university then they will provide you a certificate.

you should go for either French or Spanish in terms of global acceptance. if u r planning for further studies in Germany then u can learn German as well.

Placements are provided if you don't have a backlog. In general Packages start with Rs.3 lakhs and they go up till Rs.6 or 7 lakhs , but if you want to know specifically about finance I'v no idea .
