Sainath, GMAT score and XAT scores are not to be used together. Only one of these is to be evaluated - Your GMAT score of 700 will provide you with better opportunity than XAT score of 80 percentile. You will be eligible with your GMAT score.

There is no fixed answer to this. However you are seriously disadvantaged in terms of your percentages. To make up for that you will have to score really well in CAT. In my personal experience you will need at least 99.7 - 99.8 percentile overall. However the criteria to compute composite score changes every year and also the scoring depends on the incoming batch. But in general with 99.7-99.8 percentile you should get more than one call from IIMs.

Aditya, in India, the GMAT exam is accepted for admissions at more than 200 programs offered at over 100 business schools.
Some of these B-schools are the ones that actually started the trend of MBA in India and made it a degree to with. Some of them are new ones in field of imparting management education. But they also have made a name for themselves with accreditation from reputed associations like ACBSP and by offering good placements to students.

Dear Asad, with 9 yrs of work experience the GMAT score of 680 is awesome. You may apply to almost any good school for your MBA. Please go through the link & make your applications for Round 1 for the maximum chances of acceptance. Though the admission too depends on the prior degree you have earned, nature & quality of work experience you have in current of previous jobs along with the essays & letter of reference from your employer makes your candidature strong.
