Well equally distributing time for each section can be beneficial for applicants. However, those who feel that completing one section at a time is beneficial, they can use that strategy. Either ways, it is a plus point to cover GMAT syllabus and thoroughly prepare for the exam at large at the end.

In order to crack GMAT in one go with a good score, you should begin preparing for GMAT exam at least 6 months before the exam date. Everyday you should target 1-2 hours for six months dedicatedly. Plus, attempt as many mock tests as possible in this duration.
You must plan your GMAT preparation well in advance so that you can prepare with enough time in hand.

You can take the GMAT exam in any month on your preferred date. GMAT is conducted across the entire month for those planning to sit for the exam at a test centre. Whereas, GMAT Online is offered around the clock, 24/7 for applicants. Applicants must ensure they book their GMAT exam date well in advance if they are going for GMAT at a test centre because booking 24 hours before cannot guarantee you a slot. GMAT Online date can be booked 24 hours before easily, there is no hassle here.

The frequency of both the modes of GMAT exam - online and test centre are available all around the year. However, there are some points to consider:

Thus, applicants mus

GMAT Focus Edition scores are valid for five years from your test date. In other words, if you take the GMAT Focus Edition at any point in 2025, that score remains officially “live” through 2030. Furthermore, while schools generally accept scores only within that five-year window, GMAC will allow you to request and send scores for up to ten years post-test (though many programs won't accept scores older than five years).
