Hi Priyanka,
GMAT scores are not tie ups, every university has different admission requirements including GMAT scores. If you are talking about a joint program by two universities then check about admission requirements on the program website. GMAT is administered by GMAC and you can check MBA.com the official website for registration. Registration fee is US$250. Please check www.mba.com

Indian students are not eligible to seek admission in PGP program at IIMs on the basis of GMAT score. Only option for Indian candidates to seek admission in IIMs is by appearing in Common Admission Test commonly known as CAT conducted by IIMs.

CAT is considered only in India and GMAT is considered in India and abroad for abroad studies. But, few colleges give admission on the basis of GMAT abroad. Mostly, colleges give admission on the basis of IELTS score. On the other hand, CAT is majorly considered in all Indian colleges and only few colleges consider GMAT.

Dear Aayu Patel,
The first priority should be Jaipur then Hyderabad followed by Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, etc. You should prefer to take coaching in Jaipur apart from that TIME, Career Launcher and IMS are the best options for the CAT coaching.
All the best.

They don't offer free education, particularly to the international students. GMAT or GRE may be waived off depending on the university but you have to take IELTS. Kindly check this link for entry requirements:
