Yes, Faculty of Architecture AKTU (FOAP AKTU) was originally part of the Government College of Arts & Crafts since 1911 but separated as a publically funded state college in 1976 before it became a constituent of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University which is a Government University.

Students with a state rank up to 10,000 have a good chance of getting a government college via UP BEd JEE, although this depends on the category, availability of seats, and college choices during counseling. SC/ST students may have a chance even with ranks up to 25,000, provided they have good marks (approximately 235-245+).

Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies Bangalore is a private college that gives placement support to students & is visited by top organisations like Reliance Jio, Hyundai, Indian OIL Corporation, etc. There is a hostel facility available in the college. Yes, it was founded by the government in 1967 as the Conestoga College of Applied Arts and Technology. A college that offered skill development courses. This was done to improve the overall technical knowledge of local students who would contribute to the development of the region.

Hi.
The regulatory authority National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) changed the B.Ed course from 1-year to 2‑year (four semesters) for all new admissions since around 2014‑15.
For distance or correspondence B.Ed (or ODL — open/distance learning) mode, NCTE sets that the duration must be 24 months (2 years).
Therefore, any “1‑year B.Ed” — through regular or distance mode — is not valid under current NCTE norms (unless it's some outdated or special exception, which is unlikely).
