Kunal, Graduates in Computer Engineering can work with different government companies such as DRDL, ISRO, ONGC, HCL, ISRO, ECIL and BEL. They can also attend competitive exams conducted by UPSC, SSC and so on.
There are many universities like Lovely, Amity, etc, where students have availed opportunities in Indian Army, Indian Navy, Transport Corporation of India, etc. through on-campus placement drives.
Good luck.

Yes ! You can apply for NDA April 2017 as well as you can also apply for this year NDA which may be held in September 2016.
For NDA you should have Physics & Maths in your class 12th.
Appearing in 12th class or Completed your 12th class NDA allows to both students to apply.
You can apply for NDA through UPSC websites.
According to me you should apply this year exam too.
Best of Luck :)
