You need to qualify it first. But ultimately T1+T2+T3 will be calculated for ranks and accordingly post will be assigned.

No I don't thik that it's a problem. Rather it will help you alot as you will be well equipped already for the challenges of exam. Moreover, SSC syllabus is very basic. It will help you in your course curriculum also.

NDA entrance exam is a key to enter Indian Army at recognised posts.If you are interested in engineering you may also try Indian Navy, Indian Airforce.entrance exam for Marine and Aeronautical engineering. Indian Army also recruits from top enginnering colleges like IITs or NITs.but better you give NDA

No, you are not eligible to appear for NDA-September 2016 as you will turn 19 in August before the exam. Age eligibility criteria for NDA IS 16 1/2 to 19.
