NDA exam is conducted every year twice. This is conducted to select candidates for admission to Army, Navy and Air Force wings of NDA and Indian Naval Academy courses. Total marks allotted to the written exam are 900. The SSB interview carries 900 marks.

A candidate belonging to reserved category, selected on the basis of norms as applicable to General Category, is treated at par with a General category candidate. Such own merit candidates belonging to reserved categories who are provisionally allotted under unreserved (General) category is not adjusted against a reserved post. However their original category as registered in the online registration will remain unchanged.

Eligibility for Becoming an RRB Technician

Any technician who wishes to work as an RRB technician must possess educational qualifications, which may differ depending on the grade he/she wishes to apply for.

For example, graduates/Diploma holders in Physics, Electronics, Information Technology, etc., were eligible for Grade I positions.

The minimum qualification for this grade is matriculation coupled with ITI workshop certificate or apprenticeship for grade III.

And one should also satisfy age limits and medical standards fixed by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB).

A wait list of up to 50% of vacancies (State-category wise) is maintained. Candidates are released from this waitlist on quarterly basis against non-joining and resignation out of the current batch only,  subject to the candidates securing minimum qualifying marks as may be stipulated by the Bank for selection. This wait list is valid for a period of one year from the date of declaration of final result.
