Yes, a CA Inter-qualified candidate can apply for various banking exams. Most of the bank exams allow candidates who have graduated or above from any recognised college/University. For most banking jobs, CA Inter completion is considered graduation.
A few important points of eligibility are:
Bank PO Exams: Probationary Officer is one of the posts in Banks such as SBI and IBPS, where graduates or candidates with equivalent qualifications are accepted to the positions.
For clerical positions, similar education is required, and CA Inter qualification meets this criterion.
Age Bar: In bank exams, the age bar would vary between 20 to 30 years for PO and between 20 to 28 years for clerk candidates, respectively. Relaxation in age is also accorded to various categories.

Candidates can check below the exam day guidelines for SBI SO exam:

• Reach SBI SO exam centre at least 30 minutes before the reporting time as a lot of formalities need to be completed before entering the examination hall 
• Carry two photographs along with a printed copy of  SBI SO admit card
• Carry photo identity proof in original and photocopy 
• Candidates are not to leave the exam hall before completion of the exam 
• No candidate is given extra time after the scheduled exam hour 
• It is advisable to visit the exam venue one day in advance to get familiar with the location 
• Don't carry any unnecessary and prohibited items on the day of the exam
• Candidates have to go through thorough frisking before entering the exam hall  
• Ring, Earrings, Nose-pin, Chain/Necklace, Pendants, Badge, brooch etc. are confiscated or asked to leave outside the exam centre 
• Carry only the necessary items such as pencils, eraser and a ballpoint pen to the examination hall 
• Wear light, half sleeves clothes
• Don't wear closed-toe shoes
