As per the SBI Clerk educational qualification, aspirants must hold a bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university or institution or they must have an equivalent qualification from a Central Government recognized institution.

Candidates who are studying in their Class 12 are not eligible to apply for SBI Clerk exam. To apply for SBI Clerk exam candidates must be a graduate. Those who are in their final year of graduation can apply for the exam provisionally.

The eligibility criteria for RRB Group D exam need the candidates to have a distance vision of 6/9, 6/12 with or without glasses and the power of lenses should not exceed 4D.
Hence, you can apply for RRB Group D exam as your eyesight of -3.5 is within this range limit.
It is also important to note that this is just one of the medical requirements for the exam and there are other requirements as well.
