Other allowances are addded based on the city of posting. In comparison, the SBI Clerk's salary ranges from INR 25,500 to 81,100 per month, depending on the post and city of posting. Therefore, the Assistant Audit Officer (AAO) position in SSC CGL offers a higher salary range compared to the SBI Clerk position.

The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam is different from Tier 2 exam. The SSC CGL exam pattern can fully explain the difference. The candidates should note that the SSC CGL Tier 1 exam consists of four sections: General Intelligence and Reasoning. General Awareness. Quantitative Aptitude. English Comprehension.

The number of vacancies in UPPSC exams is inversely proportional to the cutoff marks. This means that an increase in the number of vacancies can reduce the cutoff marks, while a decrease in vacancies can increase the cutoff marks. The UPPSC PCS exam is conducted in three stages: prelims, mains, and interview, and the cutoff is released separately for each stage. The UPPSC PCS Prelims Cutoff 2024 is expected to be lower due to the increased number of vacancies, as per the UPPSC PCS Prelims Cutoff 2022. The UPPSC PCS Prelims Cutoff 2021 was also lower due to the increased number of vacancies.

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission mention the number of vacancies in the official notification. The Commission recently changed the candidates selection criteria. The candidates can see below the selection criteria for UPPSC Prelims and Main Exam:

  • In the Prelims exam – 15 times of the vacancies.
  • In the Main Exam – 3 times of the number of vacancies.

This has increased the competition in the UPPSC main exam.
