Cut offs are the minimum marks required to be scored by each candidate in prelims, Mains or interview round. The preliminary exam is qualifying in nature although candidates have to secure the cut off to be eligible for the Mains round. The following factors determine IBPS SO cut off marks: 

  • Number of appeared candidates
  • The difficulty level of the exam
  • Total marks
  • Number of vacancies
  • Normalisation

IBPS SO cut off marks are the minimum marks that a candidate must get to proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process. IBPS SO cut off marks are announced after the exam is conducted for each stage. IBPS SO cut off is derived based on the two different aspects-sectional and overall. IBPS SO cutoffs are issued for each post category separately.

There is a negative marking in the SBI Clerk exam. 1/4th mark assigned to a particular question is deducted as a penalty for wrong answers. For correct answers in the exam, candidates score one mark. The total marks of candidates are calculated based on the number of correct and incorrect answers. The corrected scores obtained by each candidate in different sessions of the exam are normalised using the equi-percentile method. The SSC CHSL 2024 recruitment dates are announced by the Commission. The SSC CHSL vacancy 2024 will be notified on April 2, 2024, with the release of official notification. The SSC CHSL application 2024 will be carried out online from April 2 to May 1, 2024. However, the Commission has not announced any vacancy details as of now. There is a possibility that you can apply for the post of TGT Science in DSSSB (Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board) recruitment exam with a score of 88 in CTET Paper 2. It is mandatory to have a good CTET Score. The official notification for the DSSSB TGT Science recruitment exam will also specify the eligibility criteria, including the minimum required CTET score for each category like SCT, ST or General Category.
