The online application form for the Post Graduate Teacher post started on January 16, 2025. Candidates need to pay the application fee in online mode (through SBI e-pay) as per the post they are applying for. DSSSB application fee for a majority of the posts is INR 100. Also, women candidates and applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Persons with Disability (PwD), and Ex-serviceman category are exempted from paying the application fee. DSSSB conducts the exams for various posts under several departments. The recruitment exams are conducted every year to fill vacancies for the posts of PGT, TGT, Assistant Teacher (Primary), Assistant Teacher (Nursery), Counselor, Jr. Secretariat Assistant (LDC), Head Clerk, Patwari, JE, AE, and others. DSSSB Eligibility criteria vary as per the post a candidate applies for under the official notification. However, the basic parameters that candidates need to fulfil in order to meet DSSSB eligibility 2025 for different posts are given below:
Librarian:
- Degree from a recognised University or Equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Diploma in Library Science or a recognised University/ Institute or Equivalent
- Experience of Two Years in Library/ computerization of a Library (or)
- One year Certificate in Computer Application from a recognised institute or equivalent
Assistant Teacher (Nursery):
