The SBI PO exam consists of three phases:
SBI PO Prelims
SBI PO Mains
Group Exercises & Interview
The SBI PO syllabus for the preliminary exam is inclusive of three sections
1. English Language (30 marks from 30 Qs),
2. Quantitative Aptitude (35 marks from 35 Qs)
3. And Reasoning Ability (35 marks from 35 Qs). English Language
The English Language section is one of the easiest to crack. You need to brush up on your basic skills in grammar by developing a reading habit. Additionally, that will also help improve your vocabulary. You can also go through the previous year's papers to get an idea of what kind of questions will come. Questions in this section are usually asked from Comprehension, Spotting Errors, Para Jumbles, Antonyms and Synonyms. Quantitative Aptitude
The Quantitative Aptitude section is the toughest, as observed in the SBI PO previous years papers. You need to be well versed in topics like Ratio and Proportion, Average, Speed and Distance, Time and Work, Number Series, Data Interpretation, Quadratic Equations, and Simplification. This section evaluates your numerical ability and problem-solving skills. Regular practice is mandatory. Reasoning Ability
The reasoning section is the most scored in the SBI PO exam. Practice regularly to be able to crack this section. The questions will be very logical in nature. You need to prepare for topics such as Syllogism, Puzzles, Seating Arrangement, Coding-Decoding, Ranking and Order, etc. Follow up each practice with a quick revision. To fill openings for TGT positions in government schools, the Subordinate Services Selection Board of Delhi holds the DSSSB TGT. The following qualifications must be met for DSSSB TGT:
1. Age requirement: At the time of application, your age must be under 32 years.
2. Education requirements: You must have a Bachelor's degree in the TGT subject for which you are applying. To apply for DSSSB TGT, you must have minimum 45% in your graduation.
3. Exam requirement: You must have qualified for the CTET exam conducted by CBSE.

Yes, of course, if you are weak in arithmetic, you can score amazingly well in other sections.
Without arithmetic, you can clear only preliminary exam, but job will be secured after the Mains exam. In pre you can do DI and your number series and BODMAS questions (It is the simplest of all) and try to score full in English and LR. But to be honest, arithmetic is the easiest topic in mathematics, 80 percent of arithmetic can be solved if you are good at calculations and plain logic.
So do well and nail the exam
But yes, to answer your question, the exam can be aced.
If you're from General category, then big no.
In prelims, only 50% portion of quants is arithmetic so you can score in other topics like number series, quadratic equations and simplification approximation. In Mains examination, 90 to 95% portion will be based on arithmetic there you cannot clear sectional cutoff if you ignore arithmetic. I suggest you that don't ignore whole arithmetic. Try to cover at least 40% of the syllabus of arithmetic
