The syllabus for UPSC Civil Services (IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS, etc.) is the same for any graduate. There are 3 levels in the selection process starting with the Prelims, then Mains and finally Personality test. You may refer this year's (2019) notification for civil service exams from the official website of UPSC- https://upsc.gov.in/examinations/
