Hello Komal, The minimum education qualification required to appear for CDS is that a candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised board. Candidates who are in final year of the qualifying exam are also eligible.

Hello Kannur Singh, yes absolutely. There is no bar. Just download UPSC notification of NDA entrance exam and have a look at the min and Max birthday defined. If you fit in then you can definitely appear for exam. In fact there are many students who take admission in engineering and simultaneously appear for NDA entrance exam and pass with flying colours. There are very few colleges which offer defence studies course through correspondence. As per information in the internet there are two universities which offer this. One is Hemavathi Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Uttarakhand and other is Kurukshetra University, Haryana. Thank You!
