Hi there, The Combined Defence Services CDS Examination is conducted twice a year by the Union Public Service Commission UPSC for the recruitment of candidates into the Indian Military Academy, Officers Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Indian Air Force Academy. Yes you can start preparing but also take admission in Bachelor's college as the minimum educational qualification required to take on the IAS exam is graduation. You have to have a degree from a recognised university to attempt the IAS exam conducted by the UPSC every year.
