Eligibility Criteria for TES Technical Entry Scheme. Education: Candidates who have passed 10+2 Examination or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
For joining NDA, you need to clear the written examination which is conducted twice a year.
But you need to at least score about 85% in PCM to get a call letter for SSB interview of TES 10+2 entry.

In IBPS PO preliminary examination, there will not be any history related question. But, in the IBPS PO Mains Exam there will be questions related to general awareness which also include question from Indian History. Some topics you should cover is Countries and capitals, Countries and currency, Airports in India, Dams in India, National parks, Rivers on which dams stay, Important dates, Dances in which state, Governors and cm of India, Cultures of India. Hope it may help you and all the best for exam.

No you can not give NDA exam after 10th, for NDA you must be 10th passed.

Firstly there is no need for any course but you want so can do B.Sc. If you go for engineering then you don't get enough time to prepare for IAS because engineering is such a difficult stream but if you go for B.Sc. So you will get enough time for your IAS preparation.
