These are very vague questions to answer in one go. To start with, you need to tell me what is your educational qualification and what exactly do you wish to do. Banks have various openings and for every opening the eligibility id different. I would suggest you do some groundwork and research about a few jobs and then get your doubts cleared.

After Completing Common Proficiency Test (CPT), you need to register for Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPC) with ICAI. IPC is the second level under CA Course. Single Group or Both Group
The common thing that come to mind of students whether I give both group and 1st group only. It depends upon your capabilities, concentration and hardworking.
