You can seek admission into IIST in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala which is one of the finest space Science institute in India and after graduating from there you will be probably get a job in ISRO or maybe some other space research organization. To get into IIST, you must be able to qualify JEE Advance, nonetheless admission criteria is based upon JEE Mains. As far as I know, you must be able to secure a rank under 5000 in Mains to get admitted there. Then an admission form is needed to be filled after the ADVANCED examination which you will find in IIST website. You'll be given two choices of branch for your B.Tech study namely avionics

Yes, but you will have to attempt Maths paper in entrance exam and pass in that. You will only be eligible for Army Wing however.
