Hi Manish, you will have to attempt NDA exam, which is conducted yearly. If you once clear it, you may get in. For this, you should have taken PCM group in your +2. Or else, after completing your graduation or Diploma you can apply for certain notifications issued by the board. Good luck.

BBA in HRM will be best, as per my knowledge. But, it is not mandatory to take a particular stream or degree to crack IAS. So, go ahead with any degree and prepare well. All the best.

CGL 2017 :
Tier 4 may happen in November/December if the stay is vacated
CGL 2018:
Tier 1 will happen in Feb/March.

For IT officer, you need a very good rank. Target minimum 160 in tier 1 exam. And 340+ in tier 2. Total should be above 500 after tier 2 for good chances of selection in General category.
