You need to apply to HR or training department of NTPC with the training/internship permission letter from your college. You can get a photocopy of it and present it to any of the Training Department available at all the NTPC plants. If the vacancy is there, they will certainly call you. In general, the training are performed in the month of June/ July every year. You can apply to any of your the nearest NTPC plant.

You need to pursue +2 with PCM group and later you could attempt NDA exam, which is held yearly once. Or, you could complete your graduation with Science, you could directly apply for recruitment in defense.

However, I suggest that you should complete class 12th (Science Subjects) and apply for Sailors Entry (SSR/AA). Also, if you are good enough academically and English speaking etc., better apply for Officers Entry, after class 12th (PCM) duly securing a rank in JEE, under 10+2 B Tech through INA.
