The eligibility criteria of NDA is class 12th, So Diploma engineering students are not eligible for NDA.

Hello Dhruv, no, there are no fees to be paid after clearing CDS exam conducted by UPSC. The successful students of course will be required to clear SSB before they are called as per merit to the respective academies of the three forces. Best wishes to you.
