Both IIT and NDA are completely different fields of making a better career. On one hand, NDA is to serve your country's defence and on the other hand, in IIT, you can build your country with better structure. It completely depends on you that in which field among these you have your interest. Choose wisely!

To be very simple and clear, candidates with the age of 16.5 years to 19.5 years are completely eligible for the exam and most importantly, if you are asking about the number of attempts, then you can clear it in the very first attempt. The only thing that is required to clear this exam in the very first attempt is the hard work and dedication.

Hello Dhruv, no, there are no fees to be paid after clearing CDS exam conducted by UPSC. The successful students of course will be required to clear SSB before they are called as per merit to the respective academies of the three forces. Best wishes to you.
