At this stage be focused on your study and your upcoming board exams. After this there are two 2 ways of joining Indian Army after 12th:
1. NDA & NA Examination:
The NDA entry is open twice a year. Form availability - Mar and Oct, notified by UPSC.
2. Technical Entry Scheme -TES (For High School Science Graduates):
The TES entry is open twice a year.

National security guard (NSG) is an organization that accept highly skilled and motivated individuals. It's functions are to give VIP protection, terrorism counter, hijack, piracy neutralization among other operations.
To join NSG=complete the graduation level and join in India's defense force.
-It is a government agency, so it does not train, but the candidate should be a soldier or a member/trainee of the government agency in order to be eligible to join NSG. -you can join special action group (sag) or special rangers group (SRG) =both are the division of NSG. -ranks in NSG position=JR.
