Hello Harsh, yes definitely. Aaj you have taken admission for graduation course in engineering and will be passing it out in this year you are eligible to apply for AFCAT examination. Your Diploma could be considered as equivalent to 12th. You of course need to score the minimum required marks in your graduation for actually getting into Air Force. Either you can go for engineering or if you want a course that will help you to prepare for IAS then opt for B.A. Economics, sociology or political Science.

As per SBI PO Advertisement no. CRPD/ PO/ 2020-21/ 12, The age criteria is given below. Age Limit: (As on 01.04.2020): Not below 21 years and not above 30 years as on 01.04.2020 I. e. candidates must have been born not later than 01.04.1999 and not earlier than 02.04.1990 (both days inclusive). So from above you are not eligible for SBI PO Exam because your age is below the 21 years.
