SSC CGL is a prestigious examination conducted for various group B and group C jobs for Central government. Group B posts such as ITI, Central excise etc. can promote you to Group A (IRS) after few years of service. Also they are very prestigious jobs which earn you prestige in the society. Relax: One of the best things to do. People are posting questions should I leave my job to prepare for SSC CGL. And Which coaching I should join to clear SSC CGL. I mean, that's ridiculous. It's not CAT, UPSC or IIT JEE for which you have to leave your job or get enrolled in some kind of course. If you are from ISC/ICSE board then English is going to be a calk walk for you.
