You can apply for the exams of Armed forces like NDA TES Entry for Army and Navy, IAF Group X and Y, Indian Navy AA and SSR and army recruitments. Other than that, you can apply for paramilitary forces also. And applications are available for Railways Assistant, Loco Pilot and Technician also. Applications are available for SSC LDC, Typist, etc. There are lots of exams available after 12th but not for good ranks or posts. But NDA and TES are for the commissioned officers in the Indian Armed Forces.

Hi Kajal,
BA graduates do plenty of things with their lives:
1. They appear for government jobs: Banking jobs, SSC Railway and even civil services. They appear for almost every exam.
2. They go for Law (LLB): Many want to become a lawyer. Humanities study give them edge also. Many lawyers and judges have arts background before law.
3. Some also go for MBA: Arts background students have edge in CAT exams as IIMs looking for diversity. Many arts students try management also mostly in Marketing and HR which are less quant heavy.

SSB is a 5 day long Personality Test. It consists of many small tests that determine your potential to lead. There are plenty of videos on Youtube that will help you better in this regard by making you clear about each stage and tips to tackle them easily. If your roll no. is in the merit list published only, then you would get call from SSB. Check your roll no. in the list provided by UPSC and then wait for instructions.

Lieutenant are basically in the army. So, I assume you want to join army. Now if you are 12 class pass out student, then you can apply for NDA Exam conducted by UPSC twice a year. If you are a graduate, then you can apply for different entries like CDSE, JAC, NCC ENTRY, UES.

You can't as NDA. Right now is only for boys. You can apply for graduate entries like CDSE, AFCAT NCC, JAC, UES.
