For NDA exams, your GK has to be strong, current affairs, reasoning & maths for the written exam. But besides GK, your Maths should be very strong as there will be separate paper for the Mathematics. For SSB interview overall personality development is required. You must focus on extempore, Group discussion, physical strengthening and other psychological tests as required for SSB interview.

Yes, an Engineering 1st year student can give all types of Exams for which he or she is eligible. They can give the exams of class 12th level, as there, the highest qualification is class 12th. You can give NDA TES, JEE Mains, SSC exams etc.

Hi,
It will not create any problem. Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any stream from a recognized university. Candidates who are awaiting results of their graduation exams are also eligible to apply for Preliminary exam. However, such candidates need to submit the proof of passing the requisite exam at the time of applying for Main exam (if qualified). Continue studying your class 11th and class 12th Maths carefully. Revise all the NCERT Questions of the books. Get a preparation book for NDA Exam like Pathfinder by Arihant, Upkar, and other publications.

For preparation of IAS and UPSC, I would prefer you study subjects such as History, Economics, and Geography which will make you competent for the exam.
