Do whatever feels easy for you in 12th. If you are sure about your goal, then you should go for humanities. It is easier to study and the course will help your basic knowledge for preparations later.

JE stands for Junior Engineer. Polytechnic Diploma is required for it.

General Science is a common subject in all Civil Services Exam. If your goal is to be an IES Officer then the soon you begin preparations the better. Read Newspaper every day and study GS everyday too. Make a schedule and divide the IES exams syllabus according to that schedule. Also solve old and sample papers at weekend and test yourself. Make notes of your weaknesses and work on them from now. If you build your base good you will be able to crack it in first attempt.

When we say Army, we mean the force or soldiers who work on the grounds, then there is Air Force for sky and navy for waters. Military is the vast and comprehensive term for all three.

MBA doesn't matters for UPSC exam. The thing that matters is your valid graduation degree, you can choose subject you have strong hold on. All the best.

There are various methods. If you are in school, you can join after NDA or after filling airmen form after class 12th. If you are doing graduation, you can go through CDA or AFCAT at a good position.

What is within your reach and what you truly want? Remember that the hard part of IAS is interview, would you be able to clear that? And, also since you have studied MBBS, you will have to study GS and History for IAS from beginning. On the other hand, PG course will be based on what you studied in MBBS.

Geography - NCERT is sufficient

Economy- Sanjeev vermaa
Environment - Shankar ias
Science - lucent
Art and culture -nitin singhaniya
And one good book for state GK
