Hello Dear, For UPSC you need to be a graduate from UGC recognised institutions. You need to just pass the examination. Percentage is not required.

Hello Dear, Recruitment for IAS and other all India Services is done through UPSC civil service examination. For UPSC you need to be a graduate from UGC recognised institutions. So you are eligible.

Hello Dear, In UPSC Civil Service Examination there will be 2 papers. Paper 1: 100 questions
Paper 2: 80 Questions.
