You can do graduation in the field of your choice. And yes after doing Masters also you can apply for UPSC exans. Also, check the eligibility criteria in detail given on government websites.

Now, you need to do is graduation in a field of your choice; because Bachelor degree is an eligibility criteria for clearing UPSC exams. Concurrently, you can start preparing, you can join coaching classes which can guide you very well and gather as much knowledge as you can. Specially current affairs is very important topic for UPSC. No, English is only use in AFCAT exam because IAF emphasis more on English.

Aspirants must have cleared class 12th examination or equivalent examination with Mathematics and Physics subjects from a recognized State Education Board/ University. So, you would not be eligible for NDA exam.
