Hello, The Railway Exams is conducted in different phases. The Physical Check up is also one of the phase you need to complete to get qualified in the exam. The Physical Test is done to check the health and endurance of a candidate whether he is physically fit or not. The Eye Test includes the Fogging as well as the to check the Color Blindness of a person.
The Medical Check up is done on various Posts of Railways, either they are Group D posts or A grade Posts in Railways RRB Exam.
Recently the Railways provided the Notification for the RRB Group D Exam-https://www.eduncle.com/railway-rrc-group-d-recruitment-vacancy and RRB Assistant Loco Pilot as well as Technician Posts.
The RRB ALP Exam is going to be conducted in the month of August and the RRB Group D Exam Dates is not announced yet. Soon the Group D Posts Notification would be announced and the exam would be held.

Career Prospects in Pharmacy after Post Graduation:
Overseas career: Some of the M.Pharma are choosing to fly overseas and make their career bright. By scoring well in GRE TOEFL, IELTS etc. Entrances they can pursue MBA and other pharmacy related courses in US, UK, Australia etc. Clinical research: They can work as CP. Clinical programmer is required to coordinate and monitor the tasks in the laboratories, implementing data management plans designed to meet project and protocol deadlines, and consults in the design and development of clinical trials, protocols, and case report forms, analyzes and evaluation of clinical data, recognizes inconsistencies, and initiates the resolution of data problems. Production: Large rate of vacancies are appearing in pharma industries for production. All the big firms invite suitable skill pharma individual in manufacturing units. Initial pay is less around INR 15000-20000 per month but later it show faster growth rate than any other line. Manufacture of pharmaceuticals involve all the drugs in different dosage forms and cosmetics. Scientists: Pharma graduates can absorb as scientist in R&D and F&D. It is field of innovation where talented people in pharmacy working as scientist. Numerous researches are going on in India though compare to less than US and other British industries. Most of the candidates from M.Pharma are selected because they are greater in skills and have application of knowledge. Quality control: They have to develop, apply, revise, and maintain quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished products. Helps in designing and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and prepares documentation for inspection testing procedures. Professor: Post graduates in pharmacy are most welcomed in this field. They are paid up to 25000 in good institutions. They can work as professor. It is very trustworthy position where you have to build up skills in new comers in pharmacy. They have to give complete information of practicals and theory to students and developed encyclopedia between students. Average Salary for M.Pharma graduates:
A post graduate from a good institute can expect anything between INR 3.5-6 lacs/annum, and after a few years of experience, say 5 years, you can claim INR 9-12 Lacs/annum. Overseas this figure increases at a geometric rate. Regards.

Hi Vinayak, You can opt for any stream for your graduation in order to pursue a career in Indian Air Force. But yes, you should have taken Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level as an eligibility criteria. Once you complete your graduation, you can apply for the following exams:
1. CDSE Entry: an exclusive entry for men, after graduation and meant only for flying branch. CDSE is an exam conducted by UPSC twice every year.
2. NCC Special Entry: Once again an exclusive entry for men aiming for the flying branch. Training procedure almost same as CDSE. As an Air Wing Senior Division C Certificate holder of the National Cadet Corps, you can apply to the Flying Branch of the Indian Air Force.
3. AFCAT Entry: This is the biggest test conducted for inducting officer in IAF. This test inducts both men and women as officers in all the three branches of IAF, I. e. Flying, Technical and Ground Duty. AFCTA is conducted twice every year by IAF.
