Listen, it seems you are very much interested for marine engineering. You are eligible for maritime engineering with spectacles but you are not eligible for navy. I will give you an advice which I did, I had -1.25 power but I reduced that to -0.5 by eating Amla twice a day and do some eye exercises, you may become eligible for navy also if you have 1 year then.

Its essential for every aspirant to fulfil the eligibility criteria for appearing in competitive exams conducted by RRB. RRB (Railway Recruitment Board) is one of the most popular competitive exam conducting body which recruits many of aspirants in vacant posts of railway. Recently RRB has announced the notification for conducting RRB Group D 2018 Exam. As per the recruitment notification, there are 62907 vacant posts for group D in railway.

Hello, The Railway Exams is conducted in different phases. The Physical Check up is also one of the phase you need to complete to get qualified in the exam. The Physical Test is done to check the health and endurance of a candidate whether he is physically fit or not. The Eye Test includes the Fogging as well as the to check the Color Blindness of a person.
The Medical Check up is done on various Posts of Railways, either they are Group D posts or A grade Posts in Railways RRB Exam.

Assuming that you already must have done a Diploma/Degree course in Health and sanitation already, you may consider pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Management. You can pursue the course from Public Health Foundation of India, Indian Institutes of Public Health, National Institute of Health and Family Welfare. Hi Vinayak, You can opt for any stream for your graduation in order to pursue a career in Indian Air Force. But yes, you should have taken Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level as an eligibility criteria. Once you complete your graduation, you can apply for the following exams:
