Dear Prakash,
You cannot apply for a job as secret agent for the Indian government. The Intelligence agencies look out for you. The basic requirement is graduation in any discipline, but they prefer IAS/IPS/IFS officers more than engineering/medical graduates. In fact, the latter are rarely chosen.
So if you seriously want to get into the secret agency of India, start working hard for the civil service exams and develop the following qualities in you:
