Well, you need to complete B.Sc or B.Tech in Agriculture in order to become Agriculture officer.
B.Sc. Agriculture is a three years Bachelor degree course which is divided into eight semester.
B.Sc Agriculture Eligibility:
-The minimum qualification required is 10+2 with Science stream with 50-60% from recognised university.
-Admission criterion is an entrance test conducted by various institutes which differs from place to place.
-Applicant must have appear and qualified in entrance exam conducted by respective university.

If you want to go in the marine field, you need to take IMU exam, JEE is not benificial for you.
