Hi Deepti,
Admission is through the Merchant Navy Exam. After clearing the test, there is an interview and a medical test. General Requirements are as follows -
The eligibility for joining merchant navy is finishing class 12 with PCM. Candidates have to be unmarried Indian male or female citizens.
Normal vision is required but glasses up to plus or minus 2.5 may be allowed.
A ship-training course is required prior to the employment. The course is generally short-term where the candidates are taught basic security concerns of voyaging.

Yes, he or she can apply for UPSC exam, but degree must be from valid and recognized university.
But, according to me, you should think of a professional degree, if you not able to crack UPSC.

Yes, you can appear for IAS exam if you have done your graduation from any recognised university or college.

Hello Pooja,
To apply for any government job, you must have the minimum educational qualification which is graduation.
So, it is better to complete your graduation first.
One thing you can do is that you can start preparing for the government jobs like UPSC, civil services, IAS, SSC CGL, Bank Po etc.

B.Sc CS is sufficient qualification to crack Probationary Officer exam conducted by IBPS. In order to increase your chances to get a job in the Public Sector Banks and Private sector banks, you can do MBA in finance.

The highest paid jobs are government services at the starting level are all Group A services job, Asst. Commandant in Paramilitary and Commissioned Officer job in Armed forces. Group A services include IAS, IFS, IPS, Indian Engineering Services, Indian Economics Services, Indian Forecast services, Indian Judicial Services, etc.
