If you have a career goal in civil services then you need to start your preparation from the final year of graduation and give your time and dedication only to civil services' preparation.

It's nice to know your desire to join as 'para commando'.
To achieve this goal you have to first join Indian Army as an officer or as Jawan and then volunteer to become para commando. Army does recruitment regularly. Keep in touch with 'District Sainik Welfare officer' for information on this.
