Yes, you can do that. You can prepare for IAS after pursuing BCA. There is no limitation of courses for IAS. The only requirement is that you must be a graduate for IAS exams from a recognized university.

UPSC conducts NDA examination twice a year. Exam I is conducted in April and Exam II in September. You are not eligible for September exam as you will not be able to clear your 10+2 exam by Dec end. You are advised to appear in Apr 2018 exam by applying in the month of Jan.

Hi,
You may find it difficult to get a good job based on your current qualifications of B.Sc CS at DRDO. Majority of DRDO hiring are for B.Tech CS and above qualifications. You are advised to complete M.Sc CS and then apply for DRDO against open vacancies advertised in leading newspapers and employment news.

Every year, a lot of science graduates and post-graduates crack Civil Service Examination. Any graduate with good academic records, self-confidence, with proper planning and preparation can crack Civil Service examination. All the Best!

You are eligible to appear for Civil Services exam on completion of B.Tech IT. You can do Civil Services Examination preparations along with your engineering studies but it requires lot of planning and efforts. Most of IT graduates do dedicated training and preparations after B.Tech to appear in Civil Services Examination.

Since you have only completed 12th I would recommend you to study further and get a graduation degree before applying for job in Indian Railways. To be eligible for some of the best jobs in Indian Railways, you would need a Engineering degree.
Saying that It doesn't mean 12th pass candidates are not eligible for any jobs in Indian Railways. There are Group C and Group D jobs in Indian Railways for candidates with intermediate qualification. But my recommendation would be that you get a graduation degree before applying.
Bachelor degree in Engineering with Mechanical / Electronics or communication branch would open door for better jobs in
