Yes, B.Tech course is provide by the National Defence Academy for seeking aspirants but you will have to clear NDA exam, after that SSB interview then during job you can be an eligible candidate.

Age eligibility criteria for appearing in PO examination is that age of candidate should be between 20 to 30 years. You will be eligible to appear for PO examination next year on completion of B.Com degree next year if you meet above mentioned criteria.
