Hi,
In most of the officer post jobs in the govt sector the maximum age limit suggested is 30 yrs. But there are certain bank recruitment conducted with maximum age limit as 32, 35 or 40 yrs.
So, you will be able to apply for :
* HAL
* RAS exam
* Certain bank officer's exam etc

Yes, Many Government jobs are available for you after completing graduation like - IBPS PO, SSC CGL etc.
But as you have told that you are from CSE, you must be interested in this field Government jobs.
So, there are special posts available in Indian Government for Engineers like - IBPS SO, Railway JE/SSE etc.

You can apply for SSC CHSL (10+2) Exam or Railway RRB Exams.

You are advised to appear for NDA examination conducted by UPSC twice a year. If you have PCM with 60% marks in +2 stage then you are eligible to appear for NDA. You may look for further details on UPSC website. You may also evaluate joining IAF as an airmen.
