I would certainly say that a government medical college is good, not just in terms of placements but fees, as you have always heard that medical colleges require a lot of donations apart from fees but in a govt. college of medical sciences the fees will be in your budget but also the faculty will be intellectual and the teacher-student ratio is good.

Admission to MBBS is considerably higher in the All India quota than in the state level quota Candidates who score well in the NEET UG exam can apply for MBBS admission in a variety of states through the AIQ quota. Admission is solely based on a candidate performance in the NEET UG 2022 exam
NEET 15% AIQ simply means that of the total number of seats available 15% are to be filled by candidates applying the All India Quota.

If you have a domicile in Madhya Pradesh, then with 529 NEET marks and an OBC NCL category, you may get an MBBS seat under the home state quota. Based on the previous year's cutoff data, you may get a medical seat in any of the following government medical colleges depending on this year's closing rank:
1. Government Medical College of Data
2. Khandwa Government Medical College
3. Shahdol's Government Medical College
4. Government Medical College in Shivpuri
The cutoff score in the previous year was around 529 at these medical colleges for the OBC category, but may change this year depending upon the number of applicants.

Your expected Rank based on your score will be ranging from 35900-36400. You have less chances in 15 % quota seats, but you can try in state level colleges. Chances of government college can be in state colleges. Good Luck.
