Some of the important topics that are covered in the GPAT syllabus 2025 under Pharmaceutical Management in the GPAT exam are Introduction to Management, Planning and Forecasting, Organisation, Research Management, Inventory Management, Communication, Marketing Research, Leadership and Motivation, Human Resources and Development (HRD), GATT, World Trade Organisation (WTO) and Trade-Related Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS), Standard Institutions and Regulatory Authorities.

The GPAT syllabus generally comprises nineteen subjects. Questions from important topics of these subjects are generally seen in the exam as per the previous year trend. There are 5 five sections in GPAT 2025 exam namely Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Allied Subjects, Pharmaceutics & Allied Subjects, Pharmacognosy & Allied Subjects, Pharmacology & Allied Subjects, and other subjects. All the 19 topics are bifurcated among these 5 sections in the exam. There will be objective-type questions in the entrance exam.

At the time of admission to pharmacy colleges, Candidates may be asked to submit a photocopy copy of their GPAT 2025 admit card to the institute as a part of the document verification process. Therefore it is suggested that candidates should keep a copy of the GPAT admit card safe until the admission process is over. The GPAT admission process requires candidates to be present will all valid and original documents. At the time of counselling by the individual colleges, the GPAT admit card download window will be deactivated.

Important details such as Candidate roll number, Personal details of the candidate such as photo, name and signature, gender, date of birth, category, father name, Date and time of the GPAT exam, Name and address of the GPAT exam centre, Reporting time and GATE closing time are mentioned on the GPAT admit card. These essential details are candidate specific and candidates are advised to check them carefully. Any mistake in these details need to be rectified immediately. GPAT 2025 admit card comprises the candidate's photograph and signature. If, in case, there is no photograph on the GPAT admit card, candidates are advised to contact the help centre and get the mistake rectified. It is important to check if the GPAT admit card carries your photograph for the purpose of verification at the time of entry in the test centre. Candidates will also have to carry a valid photo ID proof having the same photograph as provided on the GPAT admit card.

Candidates are required to visit the official website of GPAT and log in by entering the details required such as application number and date of birth/password. After that, they will be able to download the admit card. The GPAT admit card is an important document which is mandatory to present at the examination hall for the purpose of verification. It is compulsory to carry the GPAT admit card in order to get entry to the test center.
