GPAT 2022 result has been declared on May 20. Along with the scorecards, NTA has also released the final answer keys. As many as 50,508 candidates appeared for the test out of 53,302 applicants. The provisional answer keys were released by NTA on April 30. Candidates could check and submit objections against the answer keys till May 2, 11.50 pm, by paying a fee of INR 200 per question. The exam was conducted on April 9, from 9 AM to 12 noon in 121 cities across India.

What is Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test
The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test exam for admission to MPharma or equivalent courses. The scores are accepted by 800 participating institutes and all the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) approved institutions and universities. The exam was conducted by AICTE up to 2017. Approximately 50,000 candidates take the test every year.

GPAT 2022 Result
GPAT 2022 result was released by NTA on May 20. The result was released in the form of scorecards which can be downloaded in PDF format. Candidates have to visit the official website and can check their scorecard for the national level exam by logging in via their mail ID and roll number.
How to check the result?
To check results, candidates should follow these steps on the official website
- Candidates have to visit the official website, gpat.nta.nic.in or directly enter the link http://ntaresults.nic.in/resultservices/GPAT-auth-22
- After visiting the NTA website, candidates have to click on the 'Result of GPAT 2022 is Live Now' button appearing on top of the page
- Candidates are required to log in using their application number and date of birth along with the security pin
- Candidates have to press the 'Sign in' button and then on the 'View result' button
- The candidate's result will be displayed. Candidates can refer to the image below to know how the scorecard below
- Download or save the online scorecard. The candidates are advised to take at least three to four copies printed for future use
GPAT 2022 Cutoff
NTA is expected to release the GPAT cutoff and merit list soon. The merit list consists of the list of toppers. The merit list has details such as a candidate’s name, roll number, all India rank, sectional scores, sectional percentile, overall percentile, and sectional percentiles.
The merit list will contain the All India Rank (AIR) of qualifiers declared with the result. The percentile determines how many candidates have scored below a particular candidate.

GPAT Answer Key
The final GPAT answer key 2022 was released on May 20 along with the result. The provisional answer keys were released on April 30. Candidates had to log in using the application number and password or date of birth to download the answer key. GPAT 2022 answer key carried all the answers to the questions asked in the examination. Candidates can calculate and estimate their scores by using the provisional answer key. They had the provision to challenge the answer key by paying INR 200 per question till May 2, 11.50 pm.

GPAT Registration 2022 had commenced on February 16 and ended on March 17. Every year, the National Testing Agency conducts the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT), a computer-based National Level Entrance Examination (NTA). All AICTE-approved Institutions, University Departments, Constituent Colleges, and Affiliated Colleges shall shortlist qualified students for admission into MPharma. programmes.

GPAT Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria are set by the National Testing Agency (NTA) which determines the ability and basic acumen of the candidate to appear for the exam. Below are the criteria:
- The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent from a recognised university.
- Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination of a bachelor’s degree whose result will be declared before commencement of admission for the academic year 2022-23 can also apply.
- The candidate must be a citizen of India
- There is no age restriction for appearing in the national level entrance exam

Exam Statistics
NTA has released the stats regarding the number of candidates registered in 2020 on January 27, 2020, on their official website. The number of registered candidates was 50,975 and the actual number of candidates who appeared was 48,360. The exam was concluded on January 27, 2021 (3:00 PM to 6:00 PM), and a total of 4,447 candidates passed the entrance exam and 50,975 candidates have been registered for the entrance examination in 2021. GPAT 2021 Student Reaction
GPAT 2021 student reaction video has been uploaded. According to the candidates, there were 28 questions from each Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, and Chemistry. Pharmacology and Pharmaceutics were the easiest sections of all. The Pharmaceutics section was divided into two sections. Questions were basic and were concept-based. GPAT Admission Process
The admission process started with the registration process for the examination. Aspirants of the PG entrance test were required to register themselves on the official website. After completion of the registration process, candidates could proceed to fill out the application form.
The applications undergo scrutiny after successful submission. The applicants whose applications are accepted by the NTA will issue the admit card. Candidates then need to appear for an online test.
The results will be declared for the candidates who write the examination, following which the candidates who qualify for the examination participate in the counselling rounds.
To participate in the counselling, candidates will have to apply separately to the desired institute/college. The participating institute basis the applications received released the cut-off scores. Candidates who fall inside the cutoff range get admission to that institute.
Exam Centres 2022
The National Testing Agency (NTA) had released the list of locations of the GPAT exam centres last year, as well as other critical exam information. The NTA has designated 121 cities around the country as locations for its test centres. Below is the tentative list of centres. Candidates will have to enter four cities of their choice in preferential order. The final CMAT 2022 exam centre will be notified on the admit card.
Exam Day Guidelines
NTA has set a particular guideline that is to be followed by the candidates on the exam day. Below is the exam day guideline in a nutshell.

- Print copy of Admit Card downloaded from NTA’s website.
- One passport size photograph (same as uploaded on the Application Form)
- Original, valid, and non-expired photo ID
- PWD certificate (if applicable)
What not to carry on the exam day?
- Textual material, Calculators, Docu-Pen, Slide Rule, Log Tables, and Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, printed or written material, and bits of papers, mobile phone, pager or any other electronic device
- Smoking, chewing gutka, spitting, etc. in the examination hall is prohibited.

Hi. GPAT is the most widely accepted entrance exam for M.Pharma admissions and most top pharmacy institutes offer admissions based on GPAT scores only. Nonetheless, if a student is not willing to sit for GPAT, there are other options available but the state level exam entrance is mandatory.
