The reporting time of the GPAT test center varies on year-on-year basis. As the exam will be conducted in two shifts, first one in the morning session from 9 am to 12 noon and the second from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, therefore, the reporting time will be mentioned on the GPAT admit card. It is mandatory for the candidates to be present at the test centre at the reporting time mentioned on their admit card.

In case you reach the GPAT test center after the reporting time is over, your entry will be banned or restricted. It is mandatory to reach the GPAT test center as per the reporting time mentioned on the GPAT admit card. Once the gate closes, no candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall. In case of any health emergency or other issue, the final decision rests with the exam center authorities to allow or restrict the entry of the aspirant.

Candidates must select 3 preferred test cities from the available choices. The test centres are allotted on first come first serve basis. It is mandatory to select three test centers from which NBEMS will allot the test centre location. The final decision rests with the exam conducting authorities. Candidates cannot make changes cities chosen while getting registered. Therefore, select the test cities carefully.

Candidates are advised to prepare these topics thoroughly. The GPAT syllabus generally comprises nineteen subjects. Questions from important topics of these subjects are generally seen in the exam as per the previous year trend. There are 5 five sections in GPAT 2026 exam namely Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Allied Subjects, Pharmaceutics & Allied Subjects, Pharmacognosy & Allied Subjects, Pharmacology & Allied Subjects, and other subjects. All the 19 topics are bifurcated among these 5 sections in the exam. There will be objective-type questions in the entrance exam.

At the time of admission to pharmacy colleges, Candidates may be asked to submit a photocopy copy of their GPAT 2026 admit card to the institute as a part of the document verification process. Therefore it is suggested that candidates should keep a copy of the GPAT admit card safe until the admission process is over. The GPAT admission process requires candidates to be present will all valid and original documents. At the time of counselling by the individual colleges, the GPAT admit card download window will be deactivated.
