Government University also conduct their own exam, but they prefer GPAT scorecard student. So, I suggest you prepare for GPAT because 1) you will get thel stipend 2) government University first give weightage to those student who crack GPAT. It will also help you in the future research work.

No, if you crack GPAT, you will get stipend when you pursue M.Pharma, but no stipend for pursing MBA.

It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your Ph.D. in pharmacy. As you are having a job in Hyderabad, I would suggest you do it from University of Hyderabad. You are not eligible for GPAT being in 3rd year of B.Pharamcy. But in the 4th year, you can apply for this exam as final year students of B.Pharamcy are eligible.
