According to unofficial sources, students who are applying for admission to GVSU must submit their application three months before the programme deadline. The Grand Valley takes four to five weeks to respond after reviewing the application. Students receive admission notification through mail. Also, the application letter includes information regarding entry, residency requirements, and particular protocols.

The Grand Valley University application deadlines for undergraduate and graduate programs fall in two intakes. The university does not accept delayed applications. To get into the GVSU, students must fill out the application before the deadline and fulfill the eligibility criteria to get accepted early.

The Grand Valley State University application fee for undergraduate and postgraduate admission is USD 30 (INR 2,489). According to the Fall intake 2023, a total of 23,350 students were enrolled, of which 20,405 were undergraduates and 2945 were graduate students. A total of 16,511 students sought for admission in the Fall intake of 2023; 83% of those who were accepted enrolled in different courses. For admission, 88% of applicants sent in their SAT results, and 34% submitted their ACT results.

The tuition cost for Alliant International University is $17,130 for the 2022-23 academic year. On the other hand, the tuition for Grand Valley State University is $14,628 for in-state students and $20,820 for out-of-state students for the 2023-24 academic year. As per students who went to Grand Valley State University who went to film school. The film school actually let you touch cameras VS most programs who make you study theory and serve graduation students your first 4 years. Also, the student radio station was easy to get involved in and I really loved being a part of that. In the 90s, GVSU had a 2 to 1 girl to boy population ratio. Little did I know that Grand Rapids was pretty conservative at the time, so the ratio didn't really do me much good. I don't think either the ratio or the conservativeness are still true these days though. Grand Rapids seems about 80% cooler now than it was t

Grand Valley State University graduates are in high demand and readily recruited by top companies. As compared to the year 2020, the destination rate of 2021 was less but still decent. Speaking of the destination rate, 84% of those who responded claimed that they either had full-time or part-time employment, were studying further, had joined volunteering or military service, or were not looking out for jobs.

All international students whose first language is not English are required to demonstrate their proficiency in the English language.
