In web design, there comes UI & UX design. UI referees to User Interface in which a designer will be given the task to design the overall appearance of the website including fonts, header and footer, background images, logos, buttons, etc. It can be divided amongst a group of designers or may be given to a single designer depending upon the size and requirement of the firm. UX refers to User Experience. It is a part where you have to basically focus on thinking or developing new or conceptual features for a website. I would suggest to choose IT professional certification courses which would much beneficial for you. AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, DevOps, IT Security, Data science anything you can pick out of this list to make your career strong. I am not telling Graphic Designing is a bad choice but considering market trends and future scope the given options are much better.
