Honestly, the placement environment at GLA University, Greater Noida is really impressive. The placement rate is around 80–90%, which clearly shows how seriously the university focuses on students' careers.

What I personally like the most is that preparation starts very early. Even in our second year, we are already giving SHL exams, which are similar to the actual assessments conducted by companies. This gives us real exposure to the corporate recruitment process at an early stage.

Along with continuous aptitude training and hackathons, the university also focuses strongly on communication skills. We regularly practice SVAR rounds, participate in mock interviews, and have also done Group Discussions (GD) sessions. All these activities help build confidence and improve our speaking, problem-solving, and interview skills step by step.

Overall, the approach is very structured and practical. It doesn't feel like preparation only for final year placements, it feels like continuous grooming to make us fully industry-ready.
