IIMT provides meritorious scholarships to the toppers of DPharm students in terms of cash prize, foreign trip, etc. Criteria and prizes for DPharm students (yearly) are as follows:
1. 1st & 10th position in board: INR 50,000
2. Securing marks 85% - 89.99%: INR 20,000
3. Securing marks 80% - 84.99%: INR 10,000
4. Securing marks 75% - 79.99%: INR 5,000
5. Course topper (first & second year only): Foreign Trip

The DPharm course includes a mix of theoretical and practical subjects. That aims to provide students a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical Science and practice.
These subjects often cover areas such as Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacognosy, Hospital Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence, Pharmaceutical Analysis, and Pharmaceutical Microbiology.

IIMT Greater Noida operates a placement cell dedicated to securing internships and placements for students. While internships are not compulsory within the DPharm curriculum, students have the flexibility to pursue them during semester breaks and summer vacations.

After successful completion of the Diploma course, students can pursue employment opportunities within the Pharmaceutical sector. They may work in both public and private sector institutions, taking on roles such as:

Additionally,  Diploma holders have the option to continue their further studies by entering the second year of a BPharm programme through lateral entry. Furthermore, registered pharmacists have the opportunity to establish their own pharmacy retail stores.

Once students are successfully registered for the course, they are required to submit certain documents to the college for verification purposes. These documents include the following:

• Transfer/ Character Certificate

Firstly, the candidates have to register using the basic details and then log in to provide their personal, academic and contact details. The preferred exam centers also have to be selected. Then the candidates have to upload their photographs and signature and pay the application fee.

Yes, students can take lateral entry admission in BPharm after completing DPharm from IIMT Greater. Lateral entry admission are for those students who wishes to enroll in a BPharm programme, they can do so after completing a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy. They can then join the BPharma course directly in the second year through lateral entry.

The eligibility criteria serve as the minimum requirements for candidates seeking admission.
