Both are good but in my opinion, FIITJEE is better than VMC for the JEE Mains exam preparation because FIITJEE provide quality JEE notes with quality faculty members.

If you want to work in a call centre, than you can do your MBA from Tecnia because, it's of no use.

Yes, you can get admission first your search for your choice if colleges, make a list, search about them in internet, if possible visit them once and meet their admission department and then take admission.

Will you be able to do Part Time Engineering or Evening classes? Those are options you have in engineering field. I would have suggested AMIE, but it is not recognized by AICTE. IGNOU on the other hand provides B.Tech in Civil Engineering only, so that is not in equation. There are many colleges in Delhi that will give admission to working professionals.
