No, the GRE is not required for all programs at Harvard University. GRE scores are eligibility to get admission in Master's courses. Also, many programs, particularly in STEM fields, may require or recommend the GRE, while others may not. Harvard University is generally considered more prestigious than Brown University, but both are extremely selective schools:

Harvard Law School is known for state of the art learning infrastructure, high quality graduates and faculty to students' ratio. HLS graduates are able to get placement at Law firms as Lawyers with a median basic salary of USD 215,000 (INR 1.94 Cr).
